The moped piston - a guarantee for smooth engine operation
As the centrepiece of every moped engine, the piston is responsible for ensuring that the combustion chamber is always supplied with an air-fuel mixture. It achieves this by moving evenly up and down in the cylinder chamber. In this way, the volume is dynamically reduced and increased. You should have some experience as a mechanic to be able to replace piston or cylinder components on your Sachs Moped yourself. This is because the assembly work on this component group is demanding.
