Complete set of the 12V swiing® ingenious EVO ignition with built-in 60W light coil and fan wheel. Suitable for your Puch X30 Velux moped / moped with Z50 engine.
The racing ignition comes complete with CNC-milled fan wheel and constantly supplies your cylinder with the optimum cooling.
With the two 100 g and 250 g additional weights (optional), you can increase the flywheel mass so that the engine runs more smoothly at idle and starting is easier when stationary. Depending on the application, the flywheel is supplemented with 100, 250 or 350 grams (both disks) of additional mass.

The following special features characterize this ignition:
- From the factory more flywheel mass than HPI ignitions, therefore smoother engine idling (382 grams)
- Fine balanced flywheel for less vibration
- Trigger thread with normal M26x1.5 mm pitch, so normal Bosch/Ducati flywheel pullers can be used
- Easy adjustment of the ignition timing
- The stator was designed for high heat loads;designed for high heat loads, no more failures due to overheating
- optimized ignition curve (adjustment 12° - 14°)

Installation instructions:
- Right-turning engines: Set piston to TDC, marking on the base plate at 11 o'clock (to the left of the swiing logo) must match the marking on the flywheel, this achieves a timing of 2 mm before TDC.
- Left-turning engines: Set the piston to TDC, the marking on the base plate at 13 o'clock (to the right of the swiing logo) must match the marking on the flywheel; this achieves a timing point of 2 mm before TDC.
- Flywheel tightening torque: 37 - 39 Nm (no keyway available)
- The CDI and ignition coil must be supplied with a good ground (earthing), otherwise they can be damaged within a short time.
- The lighting system should also be equipped with a 12 V voltage regulator.
Correct pinning of the Superseal plug:
- 1 = black
- 2 = blue
- 3 = white
Attention: Under no circumstances should excessively long screws be used to mount the fan wheel, as otherwise the stator winding may be damaged. A suitable screw set is included in the scope of delivery.
