Centring bushes made of aluminium, red anodized, for clean mounting of the cylinder cover on Puch X30 Velux mopeds / mopeds.
The bushes can be used with all 38 / 40 / 41 mm swivel cylinder heads in conjunction with M7 threaded stud bolts.
They are pushed into the holes in the cylinder cover so that they protrude slightly above the sealing surface (see Figure 2 for illustration).
We recommend that you glue the guide bushes into the cylinder head with Loctite adhesive so that they do not move during assembly/disassembly.
Now the cylinder head can be pushed onto the stud bolts perfectly centered.
