This special bearing press-fit mandrel made of red anodized aluminium is placed on the bearing during assembly. The ball bearings can then be mounted precisely in their intended location under a press, in a vice or by gently tapping the tool with a hammer. Thanks to the supplied guide pin, slippage is prevented, ensuring even force distribution on the bearing outer ring.
