Montageanleitung 
39 mm racing cylinder (including cylinder head) compatible with your Zündapp Belmondo moped / moped with chassis 71 and engine type 247, as well as the Zündapp M25 and M50 Bergsteiger mopeds with chassis 434 and engine type 247.
In addition to these models, the racing kit also fits ALPA Spezial 3000 or ALPA Black River small motorcycles equipped with a Zündapp Type 247 engine.
The high-quality cylinder kit—including a cylinder head from the premium brand swiing® ingenious—paired with the legendary Vertex piston in OEM quality, delivers a whopping 2.8 PS to the rear wheel when properly tuned.
The Nikasil coating ensures optimal lubrication and durability, while the split transfer ports optimize fuel-air mixture flow.
In addition to the cylinder, cylinder head, and piston, the package also includes all gaskets, studs, and silent blocks. All instructions for installing and breaking in the cylinder are explained in the video.

Notes:
For Zündapp engines with an 85 mm short connecting rod, you must first convert to a long connecting rod with a length of 91 mm (center-to-center) before using the cylinder.
Please observe the installation direction during assembly.
The piston is installed with the arrow pointing toward the exhaust on the exhaust side.
