Complete racing variator gearbox with gearbox and mounting material, suitable for your Piaggio Ciao, Si, Bravo and Boxer moped / moped.
With this racing gearbox set, you can either convert your Italian Mokka rocket from mono to vario or give your existing variator a racing upgrade.
The racing gearbox housing has been completely redesigned and optimized. Inside, additional cast struts provide more stability, and the gearbox cover is now bolted on with five instead of four bolts, which improves overall stability and sealing. The precisely milled guide for the brake pad ensures that the pad surfaces are pressed evenly into the brake drum.
In addition, the racing gear has a ventilation system that prevents oil from reaching the rim via the overrun at high speeds.
The solid axle shaft is made of triple-hardened steel and ensures that the power of your racing engine is fully transferred to the road.
